With an ambition to the “the best hotel for the world and take full responsibility for our environmental footprint”, the upcoming Villa Copenhagen aims to be a new contender in this hip city’s accommodation scene.

Madame Micebook looks forward to experiencing the graceful ambience of bygone times, which  is evident in the heritage of the buildings, once home to the Central Post & Telegraph Head Office dating back to 1912.

Inspired by the grand Copenhagen residences, this elegant property will bring 390 rooms to the popular destination while its food and beverage offering focuses on conscious dining.

Freshly-made Danish pastries in the bakery in the morning kick off the gastronomic experience while lunch or dinner in the brasserie includes dishes made in the rustic Nordic kitchen with sustainable and organic produce.

Meanwhile the event spaces on offer at Villa Copenhagen will delight planners, with the sprawling ‘Square’ space located beneath the property’s hidden garden.

Once the main mail distribution centre, the space has been transformed to host functions for up to 1200 delegates, with eight adjoining studios for breakouts.
