Eventful has teamed up with some of the UK’s leading luxury hotels to launch an innovative incentive programme that enables clients to reward top performers with luxury travel experiences that can be enjoyed individually rather than as a group.

Eventful Experiences, which is designed to combine the ease of gift vouchers with the motivational and aspirational impact of luxury travel, addresses the current concerns around the safety of group travel.

Eventful Managing Director Caroline Lumgair said: “Travel restrictions, quarantines and social distancing have made traditional incentive travel experiences difficult to implement. Yet motivating and rewarding employees is more important than ever during these challenging times. Eventful Experiences sits as a luxury offering at this intersection.”

The agency has partnered with a handpicked selection of the UK’s finest luxury hotels, including Gleneagles (pictured), Belmond Cadogan Hotel, Coworth Park, Thyme, Grantley Hall and Four Seasons Hampshire.

Corporate clients can buy gift certificates through Eventful that incentive winners use to enjoy a luxury experience at any of the participating hotels with their partner, friend, family, or in small groups with colleagues (subject to government guidelines). Hotel partners have committed to delivering unique experiences that are not available to guests booking directly.

“Eventful Experiences create a shared sense of group participation, based on a personalised individual experience. We have collaborated with our partners to curate an unrivalled collection of exceptional packages, from adventurous escapades to rejuvenating retreats. Each Eventful Experience can be tailor-made to the attendee, designed with individual travellers in mind,” said Lumgair.

The gift certificates are prepaid, and a minimum purchase is required. Eventful will provide a highly personalised bespoke solution to clients wishing to build a full incentive programme around the individual experiences, with services including tailored communication campaigns and virtual or hybrid launch or wrap-up events.
