One of Mallorca’s best-loved properties is set to win over a whole new legion of fans this season as it enhances its restaurants offerings. The Jumeirah Port Soller Hotel & Spa has launched two new culinary concepts at Es Fanals By Javier Soriano and Cap Roig Brasserie.

At the former, the hotel’s destination restaurant, Spanish chef Javier Soriano will deliver seasonally-inspired signature dishes while at the striking cliff-side Cap Roig Brasserie, Mediterranean cuisine is served in a relaxed environment.

Hardcore foodies should take note of the property’s innovative Guest Chef Series, which sees four skilled chefs from the island collaborate with Soriano to create their own menu of seasonal and locally-sourced dishes.

In a series of five events, each chef will create an evening experience with five sumptuous courses and a paired wine flight. The finale event is one for true gastronomes, where all chefs are invited back to create a five-course meal together to be served at Cap Roig Brasserie alongside wines from local vineyards.
